Signal Flags
Signal Flags is a series of works on paper initiated during the covid-19 pandemic referencing maritime weather and harbor symbols specific to Spain and Portugal and further inspired by the red, yellow and green flags placed on beaches to advise swimmers. These drawings are both contemplative and visceral. They are counterpoints to the signs, rules, and structures that dictate the movements of our minds and bodies.
